This was a beautiful hotel, with stunning landscaping, and extremely friendly staff, and the room was incredible value given its size and amenities, including a private pool and an outdoor bathtub. Mui Ne is a very fun town with excellent seafood and bars. We would absolutely come here again.

These are through no fault of the hotel, which was excellent all round, but Anantara is in a busy area - not particularly quiet or isolated. Also, the ocean in Mui Ne is very hard to swim in due to the wind and the windsurfers. This is a great place to hang out by the pool but not ideal for someone looking to spend lots of time on the beach.

My wife and I LOVED our stay at Anantara Mui Ne Resort. We stayed in beach villa 601 with great facilities and point blank amazing view of the beach. Staff were amazing and responsive. The Villa was luxurious, large and clean. Bathroom was big with a fabulous outdoor shower, bath and pool.Everything at this location was top notch… a 5 star experience from the moment we arrived. The breakfast included a wide variety of quality foods and the staff was attentive and remembered you and were quick to provide what they knew we liked which was a cafe su da. The beach was private and offered nice access to swim or wade in the water.The resort is located in the heart of the Mui Ne strip.. with easy access to all the local shops and Vietnamese and International cuisine.We highly recommend Mui Nei as a laid back and cultural experience and personal piece of paradise in the Anantara Resort.

The only thing was the bathroom mirror and basin area is too dark for hair, face and make-up. It needs more light. Needs to be brighter

We had a truly wonderful and relaxing stay at Anantara Mui Ne. The staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our visit. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, from the breakfast to the spa experience. The atmosphere was calm and luxurious, perfect for unwinding. We can’t wait to return!

The only downside was the unpleasant smell near the beach, likely from neighboring properties' residual water.

Good location. A large pool is located right next to the beach, so you can enjoy both sides. All staff are very kind and friendly. One of my friend got a stomachache from a local restaurant and the resort staff brought her some free hot ginger tea at midnight. Another friend fell down and swollen the top of her foot, and the staff constantly brought her a foot lotion and a lot of ice. All was super comfortable. In addition, there lives a lovely cat family in the resort. Such a lovely place. I'll definitely visit again.

During our stay at Anantara Mui Ne Resort, we were truly impressed by several aspects of the experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, always making us feel welcome. The food was excellent, and the high standard of cleanliness throughout the resort was commendable. These positive aspects significantly contributed to a pleasant and enjoyable stay.We also had the opportunity to enjoy a spa treatment, which was a relaxing and professional experience. Although there were some issues with timing (more on that below), the quality of the treatments themselves was very satisfying.

Unfortunately, there were several areas where the resort did not meet the expectations we had, especially given the premium price point.1.Sea View Room: We had booked a room with a sea view, but the actual view was limited to a small glimpse from the balcony, obstructed by coconut trees. While we appreciate the resort’s commitment to preserving the trees, the experience did not match the description we paid for. In such cases, I believe the pricing should reflect the limited view.2.Spa Timing: My 3-hour spa treatment was shorter than expected, as it ended 15 minutes early. This included 15 minutes in the steam room before the actual treatments started. While the overall experience was relaxing, it did not fulfill the full promised duration.3.Fitness Room: The fitness room lacked air conditioning, which made exercising uncomfortable in the tropical heat. Additionally, there was no designated place to leave used towels, which seemed like an oversight in an otherwise well-maintained resort.4.Departure Day Service: On our departure day, we requested clean towels for a shower before checking out at 12 pm. Despite being informed that cleaning services occur twice daily, no towels were delivered, and cleaning was not provided. This was disappointing, especially since attention to detail is key to a premium experience.Overall Impression:While the resort has many strengths, I felt it did not deliver enough value for the price we paid—over 8,000 DKK in total. Compared to other hotels of the same standard (and at lower costs) that we visited during our trip, Anantara Mui Ne Resort fell short in a few key areas.For these reasons, I would rate our experience 7 out of 10.

I have been coming to the anatara for several years now (it did start under a different brand if I remember correctly). The resort and the rooms are super beautiful - I love particularly the breakfast which has such a nice variety (and has increased over time in its offering) - as well as the nice and friendly staff and little surprises (we received in the afternoon always little cakes with a short description on the respective dish). The pool and its view is amazing!Always nice to escape for a couple of days Saigon for a change

I really like it as it - i think visitors just need to be aware that Mui ne is a bit calmer compared to other areas in VN.

Everything was according to our expectations, swimming pool is very good, staff very kind and polite!

Just to say something the pillows were not good, but it did not take away from the good stay

The staff were very attentive and professional. The whole resort was luxurious and perfect for our romantic break. The breakfast was amazing - plenty of choice, and the food was really good quality.

Is quite a small resort and I kind of appreciate it. the pool and the beach are really a short walk from the main rooms. Rooms are amazing indeed

Very good design and decoration.

Private villa pools had bush hedges that had many holes in them which made the private pools feel less private. I paid for a villa with a private pool that was not exactly private.

We stayed in a villa with a privately pool. It was perfection. The breakfast was the best we’ve had in Vietnam - something for everyone and it was amazing quality. Staff were lovely. We had an amazing, relaxing week.

1. I think the staffs need to be instructed well and improve their english communication. I asked the reception to prepare 2 juices and 2 iced coffee for our breakfast box, but we ended up getting 4 juices. I had to repeat myself so many times to have a clear communication with the staffs2. I had chances to stay at many 4 or 5 stars hotels all around the world and the food at Anantara Mui Ne is the worst by far. Considering that its a 5 stars hotel, Anantara Muine should serve more diverse food cooked by high quality chefs.3. Why do staffs bring deserts to rooms at 8-9PM? What’s the point of the service? It just seems like staffs bring deserts to rooms and I feel like their intention is to rip some tips off from guests.

Lovely resort gardens with nice big lagoon pool, great breakfast with lots of Western + Asian options, decent drinks and good in-villa dining. We also loved our outdoor bathroom, the toiletries and canopy-style bed in our villa. Watching the windsurfers from the beach was a great sight. Anantara service/style comes through but some staff just need a bit more practice and training.

The location is just OK - Mui Ne is up and coming with some nice restaurants and resorts but not the prettiest stretch of coast in Vietnam. There are some places nearby to visit (red dunes, fishing village etc) but nothing stand-out. Better sights are further like the white dunes and the lighthouse but these are 1-2 hour trips. Resort could also do with a bit of TLC to freshen up. This is not quite a jewel in the Anantara crown and we have stayed (and loved) so many of their resorts.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Staffs are so friendly and helpful. The pool was amazing, the beach was so beautiful and safe with friendly lifeguard. We had a great time and most enjoyable trip.

I was slightly disappointed about the bathtub that couldn’t feel up the hot water. I dont know why but I enjoyed everything else so I dont really bother about that. However, I hope they can check and fix it.

Absolutely wonderful stay here. From the moment you arrive it is special as the Spa staff come and give you a neck massage while you enjoy your welcome drink. The room was beautiful and the bed was one of the best beds I have ever slept in. The staff were outstanding, kind, considerate and very helpful. I had two massages at the Spa and they were incredible. The pool was great to swim in and the grounds were immaculate. We also used the gym and that was airconditioned with good equipment. Food was excellent as was the drink options. We stayed for four nights and only left the resort for a walk on the beach.
